Every month a mid-market procurement team loses upwards of $20,000 to busywork.

Not on complex deals. Not on strategy. On what should have been automated years ago — copying the same emails, parsing PDFs, chasing suppliers.

RFQ

2–3 hours per RFQ

The same request to twelve suppliers, sent by hand. A buyer spends half a day pasting the text they sent last month.

Avg.: 14 RFQs / mo · 32 h

Parsing errors cost money

Every supplier has their own bid format. PDF, scan, Excel with merged cells. One misread zero — tens of thousands lost.

Error cost: from $130
Re-bidding

30% of discounts lost

No time for round two. The buyer takes the first reasonable bid and closes — twenty more are already in the queue.

The full procurement cycle, on autopilot.

Not another CRM. Not a template assistant. A full digital buyer that corresponds, negotiates and delivers — like a junior contractor on your team.

1

Draft the RFQ

Upload the spec, set category and deadline. Bulk-create twenty from Excel in one go.

2

Dispatch

The agent writes each supplier a personal message and sends from your address.

3

Parse replies

Every reply becomes a structured proposal, cross-checked against the specification.

4

Negotiate

Round two is opened where it makes sense, up to two rounds, always in writing.

5

Award

Approve the recommendation, export the sheet, and let the agent send the contract.

Every routine step of an RFQ, handled.

Not a chatbot bolted onto email. A full agent that dispatches, parses, negotiates and reports — with every action visible in one auditable record.

01 Correspondence

Personalized supplier outreach

Individually written emails with prior history, spec attachments and clear terms. Sent from your corporate address, in the supplier's own language.

Proposal parsing that actually works

Excel, PDF, Word and scans normalized to one structured shape. Prices, lead times, terms and currency extracted with citations back to the source.

Excel · PDF · Word
03 Negotiation

Round-two negotiation

The agent asks for the discount, informed by volume, budget and the supplier's own history. Commitments are locked in writing, not verbal.

From signup to first RFQ sent

15 minutes — and the agent is on duty.

No integrations project, no engineers. Three steps: mail, suppliers, first RFQ.

01

Sign up & connect mail

Hook up your corporate mailbox over SMTP / IMAP. Nothing to migrate, your address stays exactly as it is.

02

Supplier base

Import from Excel: contacts, history, categories. Dealion files everything automatically for future RFQs.

03

First RFQ

Upload the spec, pick suppliers, hit Start. The agent takes it from there — correspondence, parsing, negotiation.

The questions procurement teams ask.

If yours is not here, write to the founders — the product is built for real procurement teams, not for a demo script.

Do I need to change email provider?

No. Dealion connects to your existing corporate server over SMTP / IMAP. Setup takes two to three minutes, suppliers see your address, and nothing about your mail infrastructure changes.

What languages does the agent write in?

English, Russian, German, French, Kazakh, Armenian and more. Language is detected automatically from the RFQ and prior correspondence — you never set it per supplier.

Can I control what the AI sends?

Yes. Every draft appears in the discussion thread in real time. You can rewrite any reply before it goes out, or flip on approve-before-send for one RFQ or the entire account.

Which file formats are supported?

Proposals: Excel (.xlsx, .xls), PDF, Word (.docx). Imports: CSV, Excel. Parsing is automatic and results are always editable before they enter the comparison sheet.

What happens with weird bid formats?

Dealion uses vision for irregular tables, scans and photos. Low-confidence parses are flagged for human review rather than silently guessed.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

Three layers: approve-before-send, escalation of uncertain questions, and simulation mode. The system is designed to surface uncertainty, not hide it.
